We drag ourselves off our futons in order to attend the 6am blessing ceremony-very impressive with much fire, gongs, drums and chanting. We then have brekkie with a monk all of us in contemplative silence.
We set off for an easy walk to Futago_Ji shrine where our bento is waiting for us.
We take a bus to our next acommodation-bath and dinner then a look through the huge telescope attached to the hotel we are staying at
